These terms apply to your use of the Solara Hurghada website and to any experience you request or book with us. 2. Booking request versus confirmed booking

When you submit a form, send a message or contact us by WhatsApp, you are making a booking request. This is not yet a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied to acknowledge availability, agreed the details with you, and (where applicable) received any deposit or payment we have asked for. Until then, availability and pricing may change.

3. Prices

Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices. The final price of an experience may vary depending on availability, the season, the number of guests, and whether you choose a private or shared option. We will confirm the applicable price with you before your booking is confirmed.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information, including names, contact details, guest numbers and any relevant health or safety needs.
• Arrive on time for pickups and activities, and follow the reasonable instructions of guides and crews.
• Ensure that you and anyone in your party hold any documents required to travel and take part.

We are not responsible for losses that result from inaccurate information provided to us.

5. Health, safety and suitability

Some experiences involve physical activity, water, boats, the desert or wildlife. You are responsible for assessing whether an activity is suitable for you and your party, and for telling us in advance about any medical condition, mobility need or other factor that may affect participation or safety. We, and our suppliers, may decline participation where it is reasonably necessary for safety.

6. Weather and sea conditions

The Red Sea and the desert are natural environments. For safety, experiences may be adjusted, rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will work with you to find an alternative date or option in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Third-party operators and suppliers

We act as a coordinator and concierge. Many experiences are delivered by independent third-party operators and suppliers, such as boat crews, dive centres, transfer providers and venues. These suppliers are responsible for the services they provide, and their own terms and safety rules may also apply.

8. Payment
